§ 91.66 NUMBERS ASSIGNED BY CLERK.
   It shall be the duty of the City Clerk, in pursuance of § 91.65 above, to establish and assign all house numbers on the streets, avenues, and thoroughfares of the city, allowing, as near as practicable, 1 number to each 22 feet of ground, and he or she shall prepare the necessary maps and records of the numbers assigned by him or her, and these maps and records shall be evidence of the numbers so assigned; and he or she shall cause all houses fronting upon the streets or avenues to be numbered in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter. He or she shall, on demand, furnish each owner or occupant of a house with the number thereof.
