(A) Streets designated. The streets and areas set forth in Ch. 77, Sch. III of this code are hereby designated as snow routes.
(B) Parking prohibited. Parking is prohibited on the established snow routes and snow areas.
(C) When effective. The prohibition against parking shall become effective when 2 inches or more of snow have fallen, and the prohibition on parking shall continue until snow removal operations have been completed.
