(A) No commercial vehicle exceeding an overall length of 20 feet shall be allowed to park on the streets or public rights-of-way of the city, except when loading or unloading.
(B) All vehicles of this type which are parked on the streets or public rights-of-way of the city shall be loaded or unloaded and moved within 3 hours if parked for that purpose.
(C) The areas designated as loading zones, as set forth in Ch. 77, Sch. V of this code, do not apply to this restriction.
