§ 72.16 PARKING VEHICLE FOR SALE.
   (A)   Except as provided in division (B) of this section, it shall be unlawful to park any vehicle upon any street for the purpose of displaying it for sale, or to park any vehicle upon any street from which vehicle merchandise is peddled or sold.
   (B)   The prohibition contained in division (A) of this section, against parking any vehicle upon any street for the purpose of displaying it for sale, shall not apply to vehicles parked for that purpose upon public streets abutting the premises of automobile dealers in possession of a valid current registration for authority to deal in motor vehicles for those premises, issued by the Secretary of State, where that parking is not otherwise restricted and where the licensed premises are located within an area zoned so as not to prohibit the retail sales of motor vehicles under the City Zoning Ordinance.
