The Board of Appeals is hereby authorized and directed to perform the following duties:
(A) To hear appeals from any zoning-related decision or order made by the Building Inspector.
(B) To hear upon requests for lot size/bulk variances in accordance with the standards established in this chapter; and
(C) To perform such other duties as the City Council may prescribe.
