Prior to a hearing on the validity of the immobilization as provided in section 10-10-8, the owner of an immobilized vehicle or other interested person shall be permitted to secure release of the vehicle by:
(A) Paying the immobilization and towing and storage fees, if applicable, specified in section 10-10-9; and
(B) Paying all the fines and penalties, if any, on the outstanding complaints for which notice had been sent prior to the date of the immobilization. (Ord. 2022-4961, 5-16-2022)
