10-10-9: IMMOBILIZATION FEES:

The fee for immobilization shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00). The owner of the vehicle shall be charged reasonable storage and towing fees should the vehicle be removed to a private storage facility, provided that not fees shall be assessed for any immobilization or tow which has been determined to be erroneous.
