TELECOMMUNICATIONS INFRASTRUCTURE MAINTENANCE FEE

11-10-1: Telecommunications Infrastructure Maintenance Fee Repealed
Effective January 1, 2003, there is enacted the simplified municipal telecommunications tax act. If public act 92-0526, entitled the simplified municipal telecommunications tax act, is repealed or becomes ineffective for any reason, or if chapter 11 of this title is repealed or becomes ineffective for any reason, then ordinance 98-2947, passed January 5, 1998, shall be deemed in full force and effect as of the date public act 92-0526 or chapter 11 of this title is repealed or becomes ineffective.
