10-5-6: PENALTIES:

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, any person found violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined as established by Title 1, Chapter 20, “Fees, Fines, Insurance, Guarantees, and Regulatory Measures” for each offense. (Ord. 96-2776, 5-20-1996; amd. Ord. 2021-4921, 9-20-2021)
