9-9-15: VIOLATION AND PENALTY:

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter will, upon conviction thereof, be fined as established by Title 1, Chapter 20, “Fees, Fines, Insurance, Guarantees, and Regulatory Measures”. (Ord. 2009-4263, 7-20-2009; amd. Ord. 2021-4921, 9-20-2021)
