After receiving an application for towing the police department will conduct an investigation to determine the truth and accuracy of the information contained in the application. Additionally, towing equipment will be inspected by the police department yearly. Upon completion of its investigation, the tow operator will either be placed on the primary or secondary tow list or notified in writing that the application has not been approved.
