(A) The regulations adopted by the Board of School Trustees (School Board) of Linton-Stockton School Corporation (School) regulating vehicular parking, traffic, and conduct related to safety upon property owned by the School, as the regulations from time to time may be amended, shall be enforced by the City as set forth in a certain agreement, Authorizing Regulation of Traffic on School Property, entered or to be entered into by the City and the School Board.
(B) The penalty for a violation of these regulations will be consistent with the penalties for a violation of the City's traffic code.
