(A) The operator or owner of the vehicle will be assessed a penalty of $100 for the first offense and $250 for each offense after that; or other penalties in compliance and in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana. Penalty must be satisfied with 30 days of date of violation.

(B) Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of § 70.02 shall upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of an amount not to exceed $50 for each offense in violation.
