§ 611.11 PROFITS FROM GAMBLING.
   During any year that an eligible organization is licensed to conduct gambling events, not less than 50% of the net profits from the operation of gambling by charitable organization shall be used for charitable purposes directly benefiting residents of the trade area, which shall be the city and every adjacent city and township. A report of the disposition of the gambling funds shall be provided to the City Clerk upon the city’s request.

§ 611.12 RECORDS AND REPORTS.
   All qualified organizations operating gambling devices in the city shall keep monthly financial records of gambling proceeds and disbursements.

§ 611.13 MANAGEMENT.
   All gambling operations must be managed by a bona fide member of the licensed organization.
§ 611.14 HOURS OF OPERATION.
   Lawful gambling shall not be conducted between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on any day of the week.
§ 611.15 PENALTY.
   Any person who violates this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
