§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful and constitute a misdemeanor for any person to violate any of the provisions of §§ 93.01 through 93.05, and any person who violates any such provision shall, upon conviction, be fined up to $500 and in addition thereto, the persons convicted shall be subject to any provisions of the penal laws of the state, if any violations are subject to such penal laws. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each incident or each violation of §§ 93.01 through 93.05.
   (C)   Any person who is on the grounds and premises of the J.M. Lindsay Park during the closing hours hereinabove provided in § 93.07 shall be guilty of violating § 93.07 and shall be fined not more than $300; each violation shall constitute a separate offense.
   (D)   It shall be unlawful and constitute a misdemeanor for any person to violate any of the provisions of § 93.06, and any person who violates any such provision shall, upon conviction, be fined up to $500 and in addition thereto, the persons convicted shall be subject to any provisions of the penal laws of the state, if any violations are subject to such penal laws. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each incident or each violation of § 93.06.
