(A) The hours of use and admittance in and to J.M. Lindsay Park in the city and the use of any facilities or equipment therein by any citizen or by any person shall be as recommended and approved by the City Council.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to enter upon the grounds of the park and/or to use any of the facilities, playgrounds or other equipment therein for any purpose except during the hours determined by the City Council, except for use of the parking lot for local Ride Share parking.
(C) An exception to this section may be made by the city as follows: any recognized civic or fraternal or other type of educational society may be issued, on request, permission to extend the hours of use.
