Except as otherwise specifically set forth in §§ 153.050 through 153.059 of this code, jurisdictional limits of these regulations shall be all lands within the corporate limits of the village and all unincorporated areas within 1½ miles of its corporate limits, subject to the provisions of Wis. Stats. § 66.0105.
