(A) The Commission shall have the power, subject to §§ 152.20 and 152.21 of this code, to designate historic structures and historic sites and to recommend designation of historic districts within the village limits. These designations shall be made based on § 152.15. Historic districts shall be approved by the Village Board.
(B) Once designated, historic structures, sites, and districts shall be subject to all the provisions of this chapter.
