(A) No parking any time. No person shall park or leave standing any vehicle on the following streets or designated portions of streets.

(C) No person shall park any vehicle, except designated authorized vehicles, at the following location:
(1) Upper two parking stalls located at the Linden Community Building on Jefferson Street, except for authorized fire and first responder personnel only.
