§ 72.04 PARKING; PROHIBITED PLACES.
   No person shall park or leave any vehicle standing in any of the following places, except temporarily and for the purpose of and while actually engaged in loading or unloading or receiving or discharging passengers and while the vehicle is attended by a licensed operator so that it can be moved in case of emergency:
   (A)   In a loading zone;
   (B)   Within ten feet of a point on the curb perpendicular to a fire hydrant;
   (C)   Within four feet of a private road or driveway;
   (D)   Closer than 15 feet to the near limits of a crosswalk; or
   (E)   Upon any portion of street where and at the time that parking is prohibited, limited, or restricted by official traffic signs.
