(A)
On all streets in the village from November 15 through April 1 between the hours of 12:01 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., vehicles parked on the street shall be parked on the even-numbered side of the street on even-numbered calendar dates and on the odd-numbered side of the street on odd-numbered calendar dates. This section shall apply only to those streets or portions of streets where parking is not prohibited and shall not apply to those streets where parking is permitted on one side only.
(B) The Street Department is hereby authorized and instructed to procure, erect, and maintain, appropriate signs at or near the corporate limits of the village as provided in Wis. Stats. § 349.13.
