§ 72.02 STREET PARKING; 24-HOUR LIMIT; ABANDONMENT.
   (A)   No person shall park or leave standing any vehicle whether attended or unattended, for a period of more than 24 consecutive hours on any street in the village. Each day a vehicle is left standing after notice of violation of this chapter has been placed on the vehicle shall constitute a separate violation. Any vehicle not moved after receiving two consecutive notices of violation shall be deemed to be abandoned and subject to the provisions of division (B) of this section.
   (B)   No person shall abandon any vehicle on any street or public property within the limits of the village. A vehicle shall be deemed abandoned if left standing in excess of 24 hours on any public street or public property or in excess of 24 hours on private property without the property owner’s consent. All abandoned vehicles shall be removed and disposed of in accordance with the provisions of Wis. Stats. § 342.40.
