§ 71.04 BICYCLE REGULATIONS.
   (A)   Operators of bicycles shall observe all traffic regulations applicable to motor vehicles.
   (B)   An operator of a bicycle shall observe all parking regulations applicable to motor vehicles. Bicycles may park on sidewalks where that parking does not interfere with pedestrian use of that sidewalk.
