§ 71.01 SPEED LIMITS.
   (A)   No person shall operate a vehicle in the village at a rate of speed in excess of the designated speed limits as set forth in Chapter 74, Schedule I.
   (B)   On all other streets in the village, no person shall operate a vehicle at a rate in excess of 25 miles per hour.
