§ 70.20 NON-MOVING VIOLATIONS.

Any person charged with a non-moving violation, as defined in Wis. Stats. § 345.28, may mail or personally deliver the amount of the forfeiture as set forth in the deposit schedule contained in § 70.99 hereof, to the Village Clerk-Treasurer within 28 days of the issuance of the citation, in which case the citation will not be filed in court.
