(A) No person shall dispose of or dump garbage in any street, alley, or other public place within the village or in any receptacles or private property without the owner’s consent, unless it is placed in bags or containers in the manner and in the times specified in this chapter.
(B) No person shall place for collection any garbage or recyclables at the curb not owned or occupied by that person.
(C) No person shall bring refuse for disposal (recyclables) from outside the corporate limits into the village unless authorized by agreement with the village.
