§ 70.99 PENALTY 1 .
   (A)   Any person convicted of the violation of any section of this traffic code shall be fined in the amount set forth in the comprehensive fee schedule set forth in Section 12.02 of this code for each offense unless modified in any of the divisions below.
   (B)   Any person convicted of the violation of act 5, section 11-204, "Fleeing Or Attempting To Elude Police Officer", or 11-503, "Reckless Driving", of this chapter shall be fined in the amount set forth in the comprehensive fee schedule set forth in Section 12.02 of this code or sentenced to a period of incarceration in a penal institution not to exceed 6 months or both.
   (C)   Any person convicted of the violation of act 5, section 11-501, "Driving While Under The Influence Of Alcohol, Other Drug, Or Combination Thereof", of this chapter shall be guilty of a class A misdemeanor as defined in 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/1-300.
   (D)   Any person convicted of act 5, section 11-1301.3, "Unauthorized Use Of Parking Places Reserved For Handicapped Persons", of this chapter shall be fined shall be fined in the amount set forth in the comprehensive fee schedule set forth in Section 12.02 of this code.
   (E)   Any person convicted of act 5, section 12-603.1, "Driver And Passenger Required To Use Safety Belts, Exceptions And Penalty", of this chapter shall be fined in the amount set forth in the comprehensive fee schedule set forth in Section 12.02 of this code. Any persons convicted of act 25, section 1 et seq., shall be fined in the amount set forth in the comprehensive fee schedule set forth in Section 12.02 of this code. Fines for a first offense shall be waived upon proof of possession of an approved child restraint system.
   (F)   (1)   Any person, firm or corporation found guilty of a violation of division 72.63(C) or (D) of this title shall be fined in the amount set forth in the comprehensive fee schedule set forth in Section 12.02 of this code.
      (2)   In addition any person, firm or corporation convicted of 4 or more violations of division 72.63(C) or (D) of this title within any 12 month period shall be fined an additional amount set forth in the comprehensive fee schedule set forth in Section 12.02 of this code for the fourth and each subsequent conviction within the 12 month period. Provided, however, that with regard to a firm or corporation, a fourth or subsequent conviction shall mean a fourth or subsequent conviction attributable to any 1 employee driver.
      (3)   Any person, firm or corporation charged with the violation of division 72.63(C) or (D) of this title shall post a cash bail in an amount, set forth in the comprehensive fee schedule set forth in Section 12.02 of this code except that in the event the cash bail does not exceed $100, the defendant may, at his option, deposit an approved bond certificate (truck) in lieu of bail.
      (4)   Any person, firm or corporation charged with the violation of division 72.63(E) of this title shall post bail in the amount of $25 in one of the following ways:
         (a)   By depositing in lieu of such amount, his current Illinois driver's license, or
         (b)   By depositing in lieu of such amount, an approved bond certificate, or
         (c)   By posting $25 cash bail.
