§ 112.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.

   Any person or persons, firm, corporation, or partnership desiring to operate a bed and breakfast establishment in the city shall first secure from the city a license to operate that establishment.

§ 112.02 APPLICATION.

   (A)   Application for the license shall be made to the City Clerk.

   (B)   The application shall contain the name and address of the applicant, the name and address of any partner or shareholder of any firm or corporate applicant, the location and address of the property for which the license is sought, a drawing to scale of the interior of the dwelling unit as well as an approved site plan from the City Planning Commission, the address and location of any other bed and breakfast establishments operated by the applicant, and a written description of any food service to be offered to transient tenants.
