(A) Application for the license shall be made to the City Clerk.
(B) The application shall contain the name and address of the applicant, the name and address of any partner or shareholder of any firm or corporate applicant, the location and address of the property for which the license is sought, a drawing to scale of the interior of the dwelling unit as well as an approved site plan from the City Planning Commission, the address and location of any other bed and breakfast establishments operated by the applicant, and a written description of any food service to be offered to transient tenants.

(A) The City Manager shall have 30 days to either grant or deny the license. Failure to act within 30 days shall constitute a denial.
(B) The applicant shall have 30 days to appeal a denial to the City Council.
(C) Any action of the City Council shall be final.

Any license granted under this chapter shall be for a period of one year unless terminated earlier by the City Manager. Renewals shall only be granted pursuant to § 112.03.
