(A) General. Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Firearms within city park or buildings. A violation of § 133.06 shall be a Class 3 misdemeanor punishable by a maximum fine as set forth in the fee schedule and/or imprisonment not to exceed 20 days.
