(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(b) Violation of § 96.02 shall be a Class 1 misdemeanor, punishable by a fine as set forth in the fee schedule and/or incarceration for up to 30 days. Each entry into a public park, regardless of the time period between the entries, shall constitute a separate offense under this section.
