Any person who paid this fee is entitled to a full refund of the fee paid under Section 205C.01 if the prosecution against said person is withdrawn or said person is acquitted or found not guilty of the charges. Said refund shall be requested by the arrestee within thirty days from the date of the termination of charges by the prosecution or after the finding of not guilty.
