An Administrative Fee, as established and set from time to time by the Mayor and City Council, as part of the City of Lincoln Park Schedule of Fees, shall be assessed by the Lincoln Park Police Department on an arrestee concurrent with the posting of bail or bond for any criminal offense or violation of the Codified Ordinances of the City, or during the process of any arrest that requires booking and printing for any offense, including a detention on an outstanding warrant.
