1430.04 BUILDERS REGISTRATION COMMISSION.

There is hereby established in and for the City a Builders Registration Commission. The Commission shall consist of the Superintendent of the Building Department, who shall serve as Chairperson, the City Engineer and the president of the Hearing Board on Dangerous Buildings and Code Appeals. The Commission shall administer the provisions of Sections 1430.08 through 1430.11.
