1022.02 GENERAL CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS.

All sidewalks laid, constructed or repaired in any street, alley or other public place in the City shall be constructed in accordance with the standard rules of the Department of Public Works and Public Services, as approved by Council, and shall be in strict conformity with specifications appertaining thereto as specified by the City Engineer and approved by Council.
