866.05 DETERMINATIONS BY ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS.

If the City Clerk cannot determine that an application conforms with the Zoning Code of the City before any certificate of registration is issued as set forth in Section 866.04, such matter shall be referred to the Zoning Board of Appeals for a determination, and the determination made by the Board shall be binding upon the applicant.
