858.03 LICENSE ISSUANCE; TERMS; CONDITIONS FOR REVOCATION.
   (a)   Council shall, after receipt of the reports provided for in Section 858.02(b), grant to any suitable person a license authorizing such person to sell, give away or barter nonalcoholic beverages in the City, provided that it deems the sanitary condition of the building suitable for the conduct of such business.
   (b)   The license shall designate the particular place in the City where such sales may be made, and no licensee shall sell any such beverages at any place other than that designated in the license. The license shall be subject to all conditions and terms of this chapter. The license shall be automatically revoked if the person holding the license is convicted of a violation of this chapter or the ordinances or Charter of the City, or a violation of the statutes of the State in relation to vinous, brewed, fermented, spirituous or intoxicating liquors. The license shall be revoked at any time by Council if it deems the licensee an improper person to carry on the business, or if the place of business is conducted in an improper manner or maintained in an unsanitary condition. The license shall always be displayed in a conspicuous place on the premises.
