850.01 DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter:
   (a)   "Mechanical amusement device" has the same meaning set forth in Section 852.01.
   (b)   "Mechanical amusement device arcade" means any premises open to the public wherein are assembled more than five mechanical amusement devices or video games, or a combination thereof.

   (c)   "Amusement arcade" means any place of business in which film or video viewing services or devices or booths are located for the use of the entertainment of a person or persons patronizing the place of business. "Amusement arcade" does not include hotels and motels.
   (d)   "Film or video viewing device" means any electrical or mechanical device which projects or displays any film or videotape or reproduction, the temporary use of which is contingent upon the payment of some consideration, and which use is to occur upon the premises where the device is located.
   (e)   "Booth" means an enclosure used by a patron to observe live conduct by male(s) or female(s), the temporary use of which is contingent upon the payment of some consideration, and which use is to occur upon the premises where the booth is located.
   (f)   "Video game" has the same meaning as is set forth in Section 852.01.
   (g)   "Owner" means any person holding any proprietary interest in the premises housing a mechanical amusement device arcade or amusement arcade.
