852.01 DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter:
   (a)   "Juvenile mechanical amusement device" means any machine or device which, upon the insertion of a coin or slug, operates or may be operated as an amusement of any description, such as rocking horses and merry-go-rounds, for juveniles.
   (b)   "Mechanical amusement device" means a machine which, upon the insertion of a coin or slug, activates a screen or lighted area with action thereon, and operates or may be operated for use as a game, contest or amusement.
   (c)   "Video game" means a machine which, upon the insertion of a coin or slug, activates a screen or lighted area with action thereon, and operates or may be operated for use as a game, contest or amusement.
   (d)   "Film or video viewing device" means any electrical or mechanical device which projects or displays any film or videotape or reproduction, the temporary use of which is contingent upon the payment of some consideration, and which use is to occur upon the premises where the device is located.
   (e)   "Booth" means an enclosure used by a patron to observe live conduct by male(s) or female(s), the temporary use of which is contingent upon the payment of some consideration, and which use is to occur upon the premises where the booth is located.
