812.05 PERMIT FEE; TERM.

Upon receipt of notification of approval from the Mayor and Council, as provided in Section 812.04, and upon receipt from the applicant of a permit fee of one dollar ($1.00), the City Clerk may issue a permit to such applicant for the period designated in such notification from the Mayor and Council.
