Sections 271.20, 271.30, 271.40 and 271.50 are hereby declared and certified to have been duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Lincoln Park, County of Wayne, State of Michigan, at a meeting of said Council duly called and held on May 15, 1995, and published in the manner prescribed by law on May 24, 1995. The effective date of Sections 271.20, 271.30, 271.40 and 271.50 shall be May 24, 1995.
