CHAPTER 238 Department of Engineer and Public Services

EDITOR'S NOTE: Resolution 06-57A passed on February 27, 2006, amended the Codified Ordinances by renaming the position of Director of Engineer and Public Services to Director of Public Services. Wherever the term Director of Engineer and Public Services may appear in these Codified Ordinances, the new term Director of Public Services shall be substituted therein nunc pro tunc.
