The violation of a proclamation of an emergency, a subsequent proclamation exercising emergency powers, a rule, or order, which proclamation, rule or order is issued pursuant to § 41.02, or the violation of any order or directive given by a peace officer or designated emergency services personnel pursuant to authority resulting from § 41.02 is a first degree misdemeanor and punishable accordingly.
