§ 138.20 MEDICAL MARIJUANA CULTIVATORS, PROCESSORS, AND RETAIL DISPENSARY ESTABLISHMENTS PROHIBITED.

The cultivation, processing, or retail dispensing of medical marijuana, even under a license issued under R.C. Chapter 3796, is prohibited within the Village of Lincoln Heights, Hamilton County, Ohio.
