(A) Special meetings may be called by the Mayor or a majority of the Village Council members.
(B) Every Village Council member shall be given 24 hours notice of such special meeting.
(C) The notice for the special meeting shall state the time, date, location and subjects to be considered at such special meeting.
(D) No other subjects shall be discussed except upon the approval of a majority of the Village Council.
(E) Notice of such special meeting shall be given to the media and to the public pursuant to § 38.016.
(F) Special meetings of Village Council may be held virtually whenever it would be in the best interests of the village to do so. The Mayor, after consulting with the Vice-Mayor, shall make such determination. If the Mayor determines that a special meeting will be held virtually, the Clerk of Council shall immediately provide notice of the same to all Council members.
