(A) Notice of the time and place of regularly scheduled meetings of the Village Council and the Village Council committees shall be posted in the office of the Clerk of the Village Council, Village Hall, 1201 Steffen Avenue, Lincoln Heights, Ohio. If the Village Council or a committee adopt a different day or hour for its regularly scheduled meetings than that provided in these rules, notice shall be posted in the office of the Clerk of the Village Council and in places designated by ordinance of the Village Council.
(B) Notice of special meetings of the Village Council shall be communicated to Village Council members at least 24 hours before such meeting. Such notice shall be in writing and delivered to their place of residence or to any location designated by the Village Council member in writing and filed with the Clerk of Council.
