10-5-2: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person, firm, partnership, corporation or other legal entity violating the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day's use shall be deemed and constitute a separate violation. (1983 Code § 13.12.020; amd. 2003 Code)
