A. Penalty Imposed: Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code.
B. Suspension Of Driving Privileges: If any person shall be convicted of violating any of the provisions of this chapter and the court finds that in such violation such person was driving or operating a vehicle of any kind or character on any street or highway in the town of Panaca in such manner as to endanger the life, limb or property of any person, the court may, in addition to any other penalty provided, make and enter an order prohibiting such person so convicted from driving or operating any kind or character of vehicle on any street or highway in the town of Panaca for a period not exceeding ninety (90) days, and any violation by such person of the order so made and entered shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code.
