All motor vehicles in use on public streets and alleys in the town of Panaca shall, during the period from one-half (1/2) hour after sunset to one-half (1/2) hour before sunrise, display such lights as may be prescribed by the traffic laws of the state. A violation of this section shall be punishable as provided in section 8-3-7 of this chapter. (1983 Code § 10.52.050; amd. 2003 Code)
