A. Penalty Imposed: Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1983 Code § 9.12.060; amd. 2003 Code)
B. Remedies Not Exclusive: Nothing contained in this chapter shall prevent any person from exercising any right or seeking any remedy to which he might otherwise be entitled or from filing his complaint with any appropriate governmental agency. (1983 Code § 9.12.070)
